A palaeontologist visits Year 2.

Date: 24th Nov 2015 @ 9:37am

In October Dino Mike came to visit Year 2. He was a palaeontologist who digs up fossils all over the world. He brought some real fossils in to school to show us. Did you know that real fossils always feel cold? We learnt so much from him. It was a really exciting morning.

The brain of an Anklyosaurus is the size of our fist!

We held some Megladon teeth.

We learnt that our teeth our sharper than a T-Rex's. Look how big they were though. They were as long as Sam's arm!

Can you guess what this is? It is a T-Rex's toe!
