MacMillan Coffee Morning

School council would like to thank all the parents who came to our MacMillan Coffee Morning on Friday. It was a fantastic morning with a packed hall of parents. Thank you to all who donated cakes as they went down a treat. We even sold them after school to give those a chance who couldn't make it to taste what was on offer and raise more money. 

A huge congratulations to Ned (Year 6) and Alex (Year 5) who won the cake decoration competition with their fantastic entries. The cakes were auctioned off in style by Mrs Nelson adding to our grand total. A big thank you to all staff who helped set up and run the successful event. It couldn't run without you. The rest of the school enjoyed their MacMillan afternoon in class when all the children downed their pencils to have a biscuit, a  drink and chat in aid of this fantastic charity.

The grand total has been counted and we raised an amazing £662.53! Thank you again for all your support towards this fantastic cause.
